This uniquely South African flavour has a complex profile that is warm, earthy, and spicy, featuring notes of chili, ginger, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, and curry, balanced with the sweet and warm spices of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and cumin. The resulting product is a rich, aromatic, and bold flavoured biltong. Air dried, finely sliced and packed fresh.
