Please make your selection carefully. We do not offer returns or refunds based on change of mind.
If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To investigate any issues we require your order number and images of the product within this timeframe. Do not throw away any products before our team has had a chance to investigate.
Each enquiry is assessed on a case by case basis. You may be required to return the products received for assessment. If our team does not receive adequate images or the returned product, we cannot provide a refund or replacement. Keep all products stored correctly until our investigation is complete.
