Postal Order Policy

Please allow 1-4 business days for processing & dispatch for all orders.

Our dispatch facility operates from 9am-2pm Monday to Thursday. All orders are packed fresh and vacuum sealed for transit. 

All postal orders are posted using Australia Post Express.

Express Shipping- Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from the dispatch day.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Tracking will be provided. In the case of no one being able to take delivery of the parcel and the parcel being left unattended, Premium Biltong is no longer responsible. We recommend providing a parcel delivery spot that it is out of the sun in the event you are not home to receive delivery.
If the parcel is stolen or damaged it cannot be refunded/ replaced. We cannot guarantee that delivery drivers will follow delivery instructions, nor can we guarantee the area 'safe' to leave a parcel. If no one will be available to accept delivery we recommend rerouting to an AusPost Parcel Locker. Click here to find out more

If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to our facility our team will contact you to resolve the issue. If the parcel was returned due to an error in the address provided by the customer, there will be a reship fee charged. Premium Biltong is not responsible for delays due to the Australia Postal System, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items are scanned as delivered to the customers address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen, or damaged items with Australia Post.

Free shipping offers will not apply during sales periods. 

Local Delivery Policy

Orders take 1-4 business days to process. We currently offer local delivery to the following postcodes 4034, 4035, 4036, 4500, 4503, 4509. We currently offer free delivery on orders over $120 within our delivery area. For orders below the free-delivery threshold a $10 delivery fee will be charged. Fees may vary for special requests or larger items.

Deliveries are generally made Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is subject to change without notice. Specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate requests.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. If no one is available, we may: Leave the order in a safe place or reschedule the delivery (additional fee may apply).
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
